This introductory session is designed to introduce you to the program, Canvas, and your live sessions. You'll learn how to use specific Canvas features that will help you complete this program, schedule and session details for your live sessions, and what it takes to earn your certificate of completion. The information in this session is also covered in the introduction module of your program so you can review the content on your own if you're not able to join the live walk through.

Elizabeth will explain what client experience is, what responsibilities fall under client experience, and what kind of job opportunities are available for someone interested in luxury client relations.

In what ways does luxury differ according to generation? Come learn and discuss about the various factors that influence how age groups shop, and how your generation is impacting the luxury landscape.

Come meet Melanie Lock, Vice President, Client Relations & High Jewelry - Americas for Tiffany & Co. Melanie has over 20 years of luxury retail experience. During this session, she'll talk about her career path and her leadership positions at Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Tiffany & Co. She'll talk about what it took to get in to these companies, what her responsibilities were, and how she has grown in to the role she has now. In addition, she'll also share advice for students looking to start a career in the luxury industry.
